Posted · Der Extruderkopf bewegt sich nicht

Hallo Ultimaker Community,

ich habe einen neuen Ultimaker 1 erworben und folgendes Problem: Die Kalibrierung in doodle verläuft einwandfrei. Der Kopf bewegt sich in alle Richtungen und es wird ein Viereck gedruckt. Wenn ich aber eine Figur ausdrucken möchte, dann bewegt sich der Kopf in keine Richtung, jedoch spuckt das Filament aus.

Ich hoffe, dass mir jemand weiterhelfen kann.
