Different Infill settings per layer?

Hi, is there any way in Cura to set a different infill amount for different layers?

Say you 100 layers, set layers 1-75 to 20% infill and layers 76-100 at 100%?

I know it sounds odd but I'm printing something fairly flat but I'd like to get the top surface somewhat smooth but don't need a lot of internal strength.

There is a nice plugin developed by pm_dude called swapAtHeight that can do that.
