Z-Lift location/ unclean print

Hello together,

with my prusa I used slic3r. In that program the z-lift when completing a loop was always at the same location. In Cura it moves around the printed object, which doesn´t look so nice, because with every lift some filament is oozing to inside of my print.

1. Is it possible to have the location of the Z-Lift at the same location every time?

2. What can I do to prevent that oozing while Z-Lift? That is something I didm´t notice with my prusa printer.
