Printing failure after a while.

Dear people,

I've just bought the 3D printer and built it right away. After a week of troubleshooting the printer I've fixed a few issues. I tried to test print a cylinder, where this happened:

The print itself looks okay, its being printed in ultimate quality. I used the original Ultimaker filament. What exactly does this cause? It seems to print mid-air after a while. The cylinder itself is not very round as well.

Thanks in advance,

Thomas
