that is strange why would DHL ask you for your SSN, I order from Ultimaker twice and it is shipped to Texas never had that issue..

Those of you who are Ordering from the U.S. Good news! you guys can order it from Makershed and same some money on cost... As of right now they have it in stock... Has anyone try there filament from makershed? Yes I received my UM2 last week, it is a Customs Duty Invoice and the due date is the 15th I have to Pay for this I thought Ultimaker would? So I have to Pay A Total Amount for the Ultimaker 2 $89.15 + $47.02 = $136.17 for shipping and Customs Duty to U.S. ???

SandervG, I just got a Bill from DHL for 47.02 for shipping why Am I being Billed for shipping?????????? :mad: I order a Ultimaker 2 shipped to Texas in the U.S. Has anyone get a bill for DHL for shipping Ultimaker 2 in U.S.?

What model do you recommend to test with? I like to fine tune my machine for different filaments... Yeah, it was loose had to tighten up the hex screw, as for the power supply it only does the hissing noise when it prints and when it starts to heat up and I made sure its jam in there too.

Uma, I took it apart to see how it works and yes it was the hex screw it was loose and it slid off, thanks Uma! it works now Just need to find out the noise coming from my power supply.. Does your machine LED light slightly flicker?

I had my Ultimaker 2 for 2 days and printed the ultimaker robot and 3 little usb cable clips for iphone 5 my power supply is making these weird noises. The motor to extrude the filament just quit today these prints are only 30 minutes.. no its just slightly warm, Now I have another issue its not extruding I was in the middle of a print and it just quit extruding the motor is just not turning and its making this beeping noise now.. Thank you SandervG I just got my Ultimaker 2 in today Still excited reason I say that is I've seen the 3 new Makerbot machines as of this date 1/6/2014, I like them too but it only has 1 extruder so far I've seen.. hopefully Ultimaker will make a dual extrusion kit for the Ultimaker 2.. I must say the makerbot replicator Z18 is pretty expensive $6,500 Wow! :shock: VERY cool looking machine! :eek: :shock: :???: :blink:
