  1. Hello, Excuse me. Linux-modern works just fine on Jammy. Sorry for the interruption. Seth
  2. Hello, I am not sure how to install OpenGL 2.0 w/out installing Debian Bullseye or by installing a file outside of apt. I tried python3-opengl w/ apt and this did not work. Anyway, here are the errors in case others have situated this issue so far. PyInstaller/loader/pyimod03_importers.py:495: DeprecationWarning: the imp module is deprecated in favour of importlib and slated for removal in Python 3.12; see the module's documentation for alternative uses QStandardPaths: XDG_RUNTIME_DIR not set, defaulting to '/tmp/runtime-root' libGL error: MESA-LOADER: failed to open iris: /usr/lib/dri/iris_dri.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory (search paths /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/dri:\$${ORIGIN}/dri:/usr/lib/dri, suffix _dri) libGL error: failed to load driver: iris libGL error: MESA-LOADER: failed to open swrast: /usr/lib/dri/swrast_dri.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory (search paths /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/dri:\$${ORIGIN}/dri:/usr/lib/dri, suffix _dri) libGL error: failed to load driver: swrast Anyway, thank you in advance for just looking at this issue. 3. So, The printer profile for Simple Metal under PrintrBot options in the setup of machines in CURA, shows a particular center. I understand the center but I have my machine working from the corner. I think the corners are not exact, e.g. from my PrintrBot Simple Metal machine and the PrintrBot Simple Metal options in the GUI. For instance, the GUI shows off the corner to work from currently at close-left while my machine uses far-left while looking at the machine in the face and not the rear. Seth P.S. Can this alter perspectives in machine code that needs to understand exact coordinates of where it is located, where the printhead is currently, and they relate to one another?
  4. Hello, This is sort of overboard here but I thought I should ask... I have a PrintrBot 1403 printer. It works. The motors are good, the Klipper source works, and the board is okay and fast (Recore). Anyway, outside of plugging other peoples' works, I need support. Every time I slice in CURA 4.13.1, I end up with negative values in the X-axis that creates my OctoPrint instance to go into error mode. Is there a way to slice in CURA from thingiverse and have non-negative values for the X-axis for printing with my setup? Seth P.S. I know this is a lot to ask. I do not know where to reach out about this concern. So, if you have time and are using a PrintrBot 1403, please reply. I know this is an older model printer. The person that was in charge of mfg. this printer is back in business. This may be something to look forward to currently. I still have an issue, i.e. as their site has not been fully functional yet. I am using Marlin as the type. I will go into settings and see if anything is altered or needs to be changed in the meantime.
  5. Hello, Instead of adding the Network Printer in the beginning, add Manually. Seth
  6. Hello, I am using a PrintrBot simple metal too. I will use printrun on an Ubuntu development desktop to test things. ... CURA keeps, w/ slicing, promoting a negative X Value for my prints in gcode. I cannot use the current setup of slicing w/in CURA to handle such prints. Anyway, I thought I would contact you in case you figured something out. Seth
  7. Hello, My name is Seth. I recently was using .skp files on Sketch Up. I wanted to change my file from .skp to .ini and back. I really just want to know if this is possible now. If not...no harm done. I will just have to start using my Printrbot Simple (1403) with CURA. Let me just ask this question first. Does CURA use .ini files? If someone out there knows the answer to this question, please contact me via this feed. Okay...that is about it. I hope everyone is doing well tonight. Good luck and Godspeed. Sincerely, Seth
