  1. We have tried 2 different USB Flash Drive formats, consisting of NTFS and FAT 32. Neither have worked. We are also unable to connect to a network.
  2. Hello Ultimaker Community, Our UMS5 is currently running 5.1.93.20190313 and we are attempting to update to the intermediate firmware version (5.1.94) and we are unable to. We would download the two files required (.tartar and .tar.xz.sig) and place them in the root directory of our USB Flash Drive and when we went into Gear Icon -> Maintenance -> Update Firmware on our UMS5, it would show a blank screen even though we have the files in the root directory of our drive as it is plugged in. Is there anything I can do to fix this problem? Perhaps a missing update in between?

  4. Hello, I am a student who is trying to design a Fidget Spinner for a school project and successfully print said Fidget Spinner for a grade. I am slicing the part using Cura 3.4.1 and printing on the Ultimaker S5. After loading my STL into Cura and changing a few basic settings, I was greeted with the "Unable to Slice" error. I am wondering "What can I do to successfully print my part?". I have attached the STL and the project to this post. Thank you in advance! Joey_Spinner.stl UMS5_Joey_Spinner.curaproject.3mf
