Is there a setting to force the material in core one to be pulled back further when the printer switches to core 2?
I'm pretty sure that the movement of the printerheads causes the bowden tube to flex and exert some pressure on the filament inside, pressing it towards the nozzle, leading to some extrusion of material, which gets stuck inside and along the print, also causing tons of strings when the extruded material gets caught somewhere. It's not always a real problem, but recently, it seems to have gotten worse, with more bits and pieces getting stuck in the walls of the print, leading to ugly holes.
On certain prints, when the oozing pieces collect at the same spots and bending upwards in a certain way, they even get caught by the printhead and knock part of the support structure loose. it's really annoying.
I'll try using the minimum temperature for pva on a test tomorrow to see if that helps any, but I doubt it, I'm already down to 212°
Do you have any advice to prevent that ammount of oozing?
