I had the same problem. Specifically the Post Processing Plugin list was completely unreadable. I found a workaround: 1. Close Cura 2. Right click or control click Cura in your Applications folder 3. Choose "Get Info" 4. Turn on "Open in Low Resolution" 5. Open Cura - fonts should be rendering correctly now The main downside of this workaround is that, if you're on a retina display, Cura will appear slightly blurry. At least it's workable though, I was missing key functionality previously.
