  1. Sure no problem - lol.... can only attribute those who help provide a solution. A lot of stl files on there seem to only work for the folks who create them. Then when they go to share those stl files with the rest of the world only a few are able to print them.. lol... space-explorer-savage-planet20200321-16617-11bl78u (2).zip
  2. am having a similar issue when trying to print this file.. https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/art/space-explorer-savage-planet After it's sliced it looks like this.. Any idea? Thanks.. Tried the online repair and even they can't fix.. Normally when stil files go bonkers I usually delete and move on but this is a cool print and thought I'd give it a go.. Cura 5.7.0 MacBook Pro Running 14.4.1
  3. So cool.. signage prints with but of all things something as functional like the fin to a surf board.. looks like you did the pause print too..
  4. Wow! That's amazing.. Beautiful prints What kind of printer do you have?
  5. GregValiant - It worked perfectly - will try again.. only issue was maybe too much filament comes out on the purge - Maybe a tad slower on the purge and not so much.. Going to give it a go again - apparently you have back out and on the touch screen and then play button resumes. Finally got the play button back with this new script.. this is great thanks. Oh and had to change pause command to M25BQ - this is what brought the play button back. With the default settings it doesn't. Not sure if these are ideal with the purge amount #s, so any other numbers which you think might be ideal could work too. Thanks..
  6. Hi - am curious when running the pause print script in Cura. It runs the script and pause the print, however it will not resume when pressing the play button. Am I missing something? Thanks
  7. Thanks for trying.. appreciate it....bummer that not all STL files are created equally..
  8. am curious about the mesh tool/plugin. Have an STL file where the parts are meshed together. This STL prints fine and is amazing.. So I right click/mesh tool/and select split model into parts - then all these strange errors appear Then I resize parts accordingly/ slice it and then take the gode file and send it to the printer. This file won't print - it basically distorts the whole print on the bed. How does one split it into parts and not get these errors. File won't print correctly after being split but looks perfect but has all these error notifications. File is attached if you want to try. File is in its normal state with no errors. Using Cura 5.6.0 MacBook Pro running 14.3.1 There is an image of the file being printed without the mesh tool and there is an image of the file printed after using the mesh tool. Have done it 4 times with the mesh tool and get the same results. It really does mesh the prints together - literally.. all-frame-parts.3mf
  9. Thanks - was able to find a way to do it wirelessly. Works soooooo much better than connecting the computer directly.
  10. Same here...... so this works on the the MacBook Air, just fine, no glitches, flaws or stalls or even lags - any solution to get this working on the Macbook Pro running Cura 5.6.0 on Sonoma 14.2.1? Ender 3 S1 Pro I think they added this feature so that professor xavier could print from his chair... Still looking for a solution too.

  12. Thanks so much! it worked! And it's in color.... wow.. I just zipped the Elegoo plugin in the scripts folder.. Not sure where they are from. Guess it must of been part of the install.. Everything works great now though.. .. Thanks so much for your time and contribution in the 3D community..
  13. am so with you on Creality Print - Think most folks love it because it's the first thing they download after putting together their printer.... It really throws the start print experience off on the bed working with less real estate and if you slice the project and move the bed temperature to 205 it will stay locked in at that temp through out the whole print. Total opposite with Cura temps will go back to original temp and prints start further out on the board. Here is my gcode file that won't preview the thumbnail... Any solution? Thanks.... Your_fish.gcode
  14. Still trying to get this to work. It works when slicing it to the Creality slicer but the Creality it's so glitchy... would love to use this on Cura. Any other solutions or newer file update for Cura 5.6.0 Thanks
