Posted (edited) · is the UMO+ firmware 15.02 Maximum feedrates for E too low?

Please see if I am right in my thinking.

I'm having all sorts of stringing and retraction blob issues on my UMO+ I've been trying to adjust the Retraction speed in CURA to see if I can minimize these issues. I think that no matter what I ask for in CURA if I try to retract faster than 25mm/s then I will not get it because.....

When I run a M501 to see the defaults then I see the following:
