Bottom layer printing order and other suggestions needed

Hi,

I have original 1st Gen Ultimaker with heated bed. It is used mostly for ptototyping before ordering parts from milling machine. Appearance of the parts is not important.

My problem is that quite often print fails on bottom layer. When machine prints the edges first are inner edges are teared off the table. If this first edge printing is success and infill begins, prints never fail.

We are a group of three guys who uses this printer and one of us has spent years for searching very optimal settings but still this problem is too common.

I have looked beside the machine so much tearing prints off that I'm very confident there is a solution and I'm just not sure it such setting exists: First print infill and then continue edges for bottom layer. I'd like to try it if it exist, does it? I know there are several other settings for this and I'd like to hear them as well. Perhaps there is some we haven't tried. Increasing retract from 0.0.75 to 0.1 seems to help a little but still edges are sometimes pulled out of the table when head retracts and changes the position.

I have tried new Cura versions and came back to 15.01 for PC compatibility reasons. It's few months I last time tried to update and can do it if it helps.
