Dans l'onglet "advanced" de Cura 14.09, on peut modifier la vitesse d'impression des coques externes et internes, ce qui influence fortement le temps d'impression mais aussi la qualité.

Comment doit-on interpréter "coque interne" quand il s'agit d'un tube ?

Exemple d'un tube rond de diamètres 50mm extérieur et 40mm intérieur ; épaisseur de paroi : 0,8 (2 passages avec une buse de 0,4mm)

infill : 20%

La "coque interne" est-elle à comprendre comme le passage intérieur de la paroi du côté 50mm mais aussi du côté 40mm ? (si c'est la bonne réponse, je ne vois l'intérêt de ralentir l'impression du côté de l'infill)

Ou est-elle à comprendre comme le passage extérieur du côté 40mm ?

    La coque interne c'est bien la ligne interne au modèle. Si tu as une coque de 0.8mm il va faire deux passages comme tu dis.

    Coque interne vers l'interieur, coque externe vers l'exterieur.

    En réalité le plus interessant est de ralentir la coque externe vu que c'est ce qui est visible.

    Il faut éviter de faire des changement trop brusques genre coque externe à 30mm/s et coque interne à 60mm/s ou plus. Les changements d'accélération brusques vont avoir un impact négatif sur la qualité.

    En vue layer tu peux différencier les murs internes et externes.

    externe en rouge

    interne en jaune (il me semble)

    Donc pour ton tube il y a deux coques externe celle de l'extérieur du tube et celle de l'intérieur du tube.

    Les différences de vitesses trop grandes sont aussi néfastes pour l'infill. Perso je ne met pas plus de 20mm/s de différence!

    merci pour la réponse : effectivement, c'est bien ce que je pensais. Et cela se confirme bien en vue layer par layer :

    - en rouge, coque externe : à la fois présente sur le côté externe du tube et sur le côté interne du tube

    - en vert, coque interne : collée (du côté infill) aux 2 coques externes

      • Here it is. The new UltiMaker S7
        The UltiMaker S7 is built on the success of the UltiMaker S5 and its design decisions were heavily based on feedback from customers.
        So what’s new?
        The obvious change is the S7’s height. It now includes an integrated Air Manager. This filters the exhaust air of every print and also improves build temperature stability. To further enclose the build chamber the S7 only has one magnetically latched door.
        The build stack has also been completely redesigned. A PEI-coated flexible steel build plate makes a big difference to productivity. Not only do you not need tools to pop a printed part off. But we also don’t recommend using or adhesion structures for UltiMaker materials (except PC, because...it’s PC). Along with that, 4 pins and 25 magnets make it easy to replace the flex plate perfectly – even with one hand.
        The re-engineered print head has an inductive sensor which reduces noise when probing the build plate. This effectively makes it much harder to not achieve a perfect first layer, improving overall print success. We also reversed the front fan direction (fewer plastic hairs, less maintenance), made the print core door magnets stronger, and add a sensor that helps avoid flooding.

        The UltiMaker S7 also includes quality of life improvements:
        Reliable bed tilt compensation (no more thumbscrews) 2.4 and 5 GHz Wi-Fi A 1080p camera (mounted higher for a better view) Compatibility with 280+ Marketplace materials Compatibility with S5 project files (no reslicing needed) And a whole lot more
