PLA nozzle temp increasing

Hi,

I've been using my ultiimaker 2 for about 9 months.

I've noticed the functionalnozzle temperature for PLA has been increasing in the last 2-3 months. While I used 210 F initially, I've been forced to increase the nozzle temp to up to 240 F with the same spool to make it work. If I don't increase the nozzle temp, the material won't flow.

Anyone knows why is this happening?

Most probably it's the teflon. You should replace it.

Yes check the Teflon, you can also first check if the nozzle is partially clogged (look for atomic method)
