Sliding Block rubs up against top of frame - Normal?

Hey all,

My front sliding block, when assembled like this:

has almost no clearance with the top of the frame. My sliding blocks don't exactly sit perfectly vertical (although I think that changes once I tighten the belts) but the slight lean causes some undue friction on the top of the frame when moving the tread by hand.

Will all of this be fixed once I tighten the pulleys later?

When you place in the other shafts it will straighten up and shouldn't rub.

PS. All shafts are well secured in place. Blocks are not leaning over. The sealing is just closer to the block than the other side.

When looking at the panel It does look straight either.
