5 nozzel count

Hello,

I have a 5 nozzel printer here, RoVa3D from ORD Solutions to be exact, and I have some problems getting all of the nozzels to work in one print. Before I started using Cura I used Slic3r + Pronterface, in Slic3r I was able to make 5 colour prints but in Cura it seems to crash right as I load in the fifth part of the print. The maximum amount of nozzels I got to work and print perfectly are 4. The reason I started to use Cura is because of it's quality, I never got a nice looking print from Slic3r.

I was wondering if anyone knows a way to work around this issue, I am probably not going to use the fifth nozzel too much but it would be great if I got it to work.

We've never tested more than 2 nozzles for any print. I don't think cura is going to work properly with 5 nozzles.

I saw this post yesterday already https://ultimaker.com/en/community/7493-5-extruders. It's from july 2014 where Daid said he was working on rewriting the GUI code. Do you happen to know anything about this?

The rewriting is the "new" cura. It's theoretically possible to have that amount of extruders, but we never tested it because ultimaker does not have a 5 nozzle printer.
