Object placed in between buildplate

Hi, I just started using Cura to print some models using my Ultimaker 2 Extended Printer that I just got. I'm having a problem where the model I upload is either located entirely below the build plate or partially above and partially below (shown in the picture). I haven't figured out a way to move the object in the z direction or any command to place it directly on the build plate. Any suggestions?[/media]

Hi @Jtmma95,

If you go to the advanced settings in Cura you will see 'cut off object bottom'. Setting that to 0 will most likely bring your object back on the buildplate.

Since your Cura settings might be messed up, you could switch the quick print profiles (menu "Expert") and then switch to full settings. Cura will warn/ask you that this will overwrite any custom settings you made. That's a good way to actually see how those quick print profiles are set.
