Hi, after upgrading to the "Plus" extrusion upgrade and going through the firmware upgrade for the printer, it has lowered my maximum bed temperature to 100C. Is there a way that I can get back to using 105C again?

Why 105C?

I found that printing with Polycarbonate is easy, if I set the bed temperature to 105C. With a bed temperature limit of 100C now, I cannot get good adhesion with detailed prints.

The GCODE generated does have the setting at 105C, but the printer appears to be taking all settings greater than 100C and making it 100C. If I try to set with TUNE, the max setting is now 100C as well.

I really want to be able to continue to print with polycarbonate, is there a way to override the printer bed maximum settings?

    Hi Ultimaker,

Any chance of getting back to allowing 105C and higher temperatures back?

Or make it like the motion settings under advanced menu, and assign a max value that can be adjusted?

Have you tried the tinkerware Firmware?

Interesting, what's you opinion on the software? Is it reliable?

I would have to wait for UM2+ support, since that folder is still empty.
