Is there a way that I can access Cura from another software/micro ?

So, I'm in a research group and we are currently trying to figure out how to let the Cura to print something without running it.

For example, is there a way to write a micro that when you click it, it will automatically let Cura print out a .STL file in a specific folder ?

Why would you want to write a stl folder using Cura? Cura uses stl as input (and is generally used to create g-code files as output).

If creating g-code without an graphical interface is what you want, you can use the curaEngine in command line. You can find information on how to do that on https://github.com/Ultimaker/CuraEngine/#running
