come stampare il ninjaflex?

Ciao a tutti,

non c'è modo di riuscire a stampare con questo materiale...

si arriccia sempre nel feeder quando "tira" il materiale per mettersi in posizione, feeder che tra l'altro ho aggiornato con questo: https://www.youmagine.com/designs/alternative-um2-feeder-version-two

ho provato pure a lubrificare con l'olio, senza nessun risultato, e ad allentare un po' la rotella, neanche.

Avete soluzioni?

Le impostazioni su cura sono le seguenti:

250° C temperatura estrusore

60° C temperatura piatto

no ventole

30 mm/s velocità

0,2 la risoluzione

8 top layer

5 bottom layer

20% riempimento
