Good quality filaments Dutch Filaments

Hello to all. Does anyone know where I can buy the filaments produced by the company Dutch Filaments? According to the analysis made by the American 3D Matter Lab are really good quality and have a price of only 22 EUR kilogram. If any of you have used them and they are really good quality then you can indicate where to buy them?
