I just got a new um2 extended and when I updated the firmware through cura the auto level assist bedplate options have disappeared. Any idea how to get them back?

Hi @Jtn7040, welcome to the forums!

hmm, could you elaborate on what you mean by the auto level assist bedplate option?

Do you mean the option when you go to maintenance, and select build plate you will be guided through a wizard that will help you level your bed?

What happens when you go to maintenance, what are your options then?

Yes that the build plate wizard in the maintenance area. It's actually just gone and when I go to the area where it was it just doesn't do anything. Should I reload the firmware? I didn't initially want to do that Incase there was a step I missed to bring that back first.

Yes, I would definitely recommend to upload the default firmware through Cura.

Are you sure you have selected the correct Ultimaker?

Let us know how it goes!
