Cura 2.3.0: "Infill Before Walls" option

Hi, maybe I do something wrong, but it seams that "Infill Before Walls" option hat no impact! With or without this option the infill will be print at first, than inner perimeter and at end out perimeter.

Other problem is, why I actually try to user the option at all: when inner perimeter will be printed, the part of a hot end moves over an infill what makes terrible vibrations.
