I tried to switch out the nozzle on my ultimate 2+ and the crew broke off inside the heater block! How do I get it out? And if I can't, is there even a replacement for the heater block? I don't see it anywhere on the ultimate website.

Cheers,

David Lee

You could use a tool like this:

    Screw removal tool

If you need a new block (don't thing so) call your distributor or reseller where you bought it and they have all the spare parts you might need.

Also, for future reference about how to change the nozzle:
