I bought Extrusion Upgrade Kit for Ultimaker 2 Extend, but after installation and update the engine firmware continues to function in reverse.

How can I by the Ultimaker 2 Extend running normal?

I needed a quick response, because I have to stop production.

How did you update the firmware?

You have to select the Ultimaker 2+ Extended in Cura as machine in order to have the correct firmware!

If you installed the UM2 + kit on your machine then you need to select UM2+ Extended on Cura and update the firmware.
