UM2 LEDs Dark and kinda reversed

so i bought an used UM2 a couple of days ago and now i realised that the leds seem to act weird.

like when i set them to 100% they turn nearly off and when set to 0% or "always of" they go brighter.

anyone knows how to fix this?

Marlin Version is the one that came with Cura 2.3.0

That behavior is exactly one of the two things an um2 Led Pwn does when the transistor that regulates the power is dead. Transistor bc817-24

I know this quite well since I broked & fixed it so many times...

ok... found the pictures... i think i can live with the not so bright leds
