Cura 2.3.1 settings for Monoprice Maker Select v2.1

Hello all,

After talking to people on the Wanhao Duplicator i3/Monoprice Maker Select (Prusia i3 clone) Facebook group, I decided to install Cura 2.3.1. However, I am stuck at the print head settings. Do I simply need to take some measurements or have others already figured out the settings?

If you are not going to print one at a time, you can ignore the print head size settings.
