[Question]Can I change basic settings through gcode?

I have a prusa i3 clone from china and the serial interface is broken. So firmware change is not possible at the moment. Waranty change of main board is requested (and shipped as seller mentioned) but from there it lasts very long (the printer itself was allready in germany but this part is not). At test objects I found out that the printer inside setting of steps/mm in Z-direction is a little bit wrong. So I want to change this setting through starting g-code from cura since re-adjust at printer at every print is a boring job of course. Is this possible and which g-code I have to add to start code to do this?

greetings and happy new year

Manfred
