Printer has an enclosed top and door, maintains around 30C inside the build volume.

Printer has an enclosed top and door, maintains around 30C inside the build volume.
What's the temperature below the printer? I would try to remove the white plastic cover of the board so it gets more ventilation, since the stepper chips might overheat on that ambient temps and produce skips on the movements.
If you don't want to mess with the plastic cover just add a fan below the printer to keep the board from overheat.

It looks like the z-platform doesn't lower correctly at those times causing under extrusion.
Is the height where these happen the same in all prints ?
you could clean the leadscrew and reapply some grease
