Hello,

I have been playing around with Marlin on my older UM Beta.

Everything looks to work fine, but sometimes I have skewed parts.

I have a somewhat older version made ready for Beta UM by Hendrik Leusink.

I try to upgrade to a newer version of Marlin, but all the versions I tried don't respond on the endstops.

Is there a way to make the latest firmware to be used in the Beta UM?

Geo Hagen.

You're not the only one... I've experienced this as well and would also be interested to know what the story is with this.

The tagged Marlin 1.0 B1 (https://github.com/ErikZalm/Marlin/tags) doesn't experience it... but then again that's probably what you've already been using.

By default the "endstop only for homing" option is on. Look for the line that says something like "#define ENDSTOPS_ONLY_FOR_HOMING" and put two slashes for it. That will disable the option. (you'll have to look for the exact option name, just search for homing or endstop)
