cura not conect marlin

bom dia, montei uma impressora 3d tamanho maior. estou usando o osx board rumba marlin recente instalei o marlin na board, configurei os parametros da maquina mas quando conecto o host cura ele nao responde, da mensagem de erro impressora nao conectada. qual e problema? e no alguma ligação no codigo configuration.h ?
