Default profile fan speeds in Cura 2.4 (and maybe 2.3.1)

So I normally use custom profiles in Cura for my Ultimaker 2 Extended +. But today I noticed that all the default (fast/normal/high) profiles have a fan setting of 50 percent for PLA.

Is this the new recommended setting(I normally use 100 percent)? Or just a bug?

I would imagine 50 percent wouldn't be enough!

If someone can clear it up for me that would be great.

I think it is a bug. In my Cura 2.4 on the mac, I see 100% fan settings. Just added a new printer to confirm.
