Adjusting Cura settings

I have been seeing post related to adjusting the X, Y and Z settings for the supports that Cura builds but I have not been able to see where these are adjusted while searching through the advanced settings.

I am also looking to see if I can selectively "turn off" some areas of support material while leaving supports in the areas that I choose.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

Are you using Cura 2.4?

If so, there is a special per-object setting called "anti-overhang mesh". The intersection of a printed object with an object that has the anti-overhang mesh property won't have support. It's not an ideal interface just yet, but we wanted to get the functionality out there already (instead of waiting until we have a fully perfect bit of funcitonality).

This is also why it's kind of hidden.
