UM3+ stopped mid-print, did not home, could not pause, ran clock down to 00:00 without finishing print

UM3+ purchased 6 months ago stopped mid-print and stayed in the position where it stopped after leaving it overnight. It had gotten to 3/4 of a 40hr print. The extruder was not heated, the filament was expelled, and the print was not burned or melted. When I came in, the timer read 00:00 and the only option was for me to attempt to Pause the print. When that didn't work after 30 minutes, I attempted to Abort. That also did not work. I switched the printer off and then re-homed the z-axis and removed my print.

I'm not very experienced with how to upload my logs, but I have them on my USB (boot0,boot-1,boot-2,boot-3). If you could help me with which log you would like to see, I can respond with it attached.

This printer has run for three days straight with a perfect print. Most times it will take on 12-24 hour prints. All the parts seem fine, it just seems like a printer software malfunction. Any help would be great. Thanks.

I once had something vaguely similar to this which turned out to be the SDCard - it had errors on it (my printer is an UM2 hence SDCard not USB) This was fixed after I re-formatted the card

it may be worth checking the USB stick for errors

It would help very much to get those files, both logfiles and, if possible, the gcode file.

If you could use wetransfer and send me sending me a personal message with the link, I can look into it!
