Our Ultimaker 3 was working great via wifi but I had to change to a different wifi network. Now I can't get it to connect. First, on the settings page, there is a square with an X inside for Ethernet but a no X for WiFi. Should this be checked? I have tried it checked and not checked with the same results.

I am able to start a wifi hotspot on the printer. I can connect to it with both a smartphone and laptop. It then tells me to pick select a wifi and I use a manual one as ours does not transmit the ssid. Here it says it is connected but the screen never advances on the printer. It is stuck and the only option I have is to cancel. When I check the settings on the printer, the network name etc is as entered from the laptop but no connection. 

Any thoughts?
