Posted · Can't connect Cura to 3rd Party Printer over USB

I have a Monoprice Maker Select V2. I used to be able to print over USB from Cura 15.04.6 (where I could choose the COM port and baud rate), but I recently decided to upgrade to the latest Cura 3.3.1, and I can't seem to get the printer to connect. I'm running on Windows 10 Creator's Update.
