Bonjour

 

J'ai ma UM3 qui me fait des souci d'erreur aléatoirement. Erreur 018

Suivant la notices erreur 018 de com avec la tete , j ai fait une inversion avec une autre , même soucis après quelque temps.

J ai remarque que l erreur ne s'affiche que quand le job est fini.

 

Une idée de ce problème je pense a un câble.

La machine a moins de 1 ans.?

    C'est un problème de connexion au niveau des câbles de la tête d'impression, d'après le site (https://ultimaker.com/en/resources/23154-there-is-a-communication-error-with-the-print-head)

     

    Soit une soudure qui est en train de lâcher, soit un câble qui essaye de se faire la malle de son logement.

     

    Elle est sous garantie : voit avec ton vendeur.

    Sa fait deux fois que  j ai un souci de câble.

     

    1* le capteur de proximité faut contacte

    2* problème de Com avec tete.

    En moins de 1 ans ?☹️

        Temperature status. During print preparation, the temperatures of the print cores and build plate will be shown on the display. This gives a better indication of the progress and remaining wait time. Save log files in paused state. It is now possible to save the printer's log files to USB if the currently active print job is paused. Previously, the Dump logs to USB option was only enabled if the printer was in idle state. Confirm print removal via Digital Factory. If the printer is connected to the Digital Factory, it is now possible to confirm the removal of a previous print job via the Digital Factory interface.
