z position

I have the z setting on my Anycubic -16,14 where do i set in Cura to prevent the extruder to collapse on the table?

I don't have an Anycubic so I don't really know, but could you elaborate a little bit on what you want to happen? I'm not really sure what I should picture when you say 'extruder collapse on the table'.
