Cura Slices Circular/Rounded Walls with missing portions

I couldn't form this question into a google search that yielded me useful results, but basically, I want to know what causes the missing sections circled in red below when slicing with cura for my Monoprice Select Mini V2. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
