I had tried restarting everything, with no luck.
I have now resolved the issue by downgrading my Cura version from 3.4.1 to 3.0.4 which is the current version working on other machines connected to the printer.
Fingers crossed the next update will remove this bug.
usually this is a temporary problem. Have you tried to restart Cura and access the printer again?
If the problem persists, can you ping the printer from your PC?
