Ultimaker 3 er22

Hello, I am a student at Penta Career Center and I am in charge of using our 3d printer. I keep getting an Active leveling failed error code (er22). I looked for a solution to fix the problem but the solutions I have found aren't working for the problem. I have manually calibrated the bed table 4 different times to see if that was the issue but that still hasn't fixed the problem. If anyone has had this problem before and has a solution on how to fix it. Please reply to this post with the instructions on how to do so.
