Monoprice Mini Delta can't get usable output from Cura. Under-extrusion?

So, running with a Monoprice Mini Delta, printer works great with the packaged gcode (lucky cat). However, everything I slice using Cura comes out latticed rather than solid. Does not seem to be a temperature problem, I think it's speed. Even though both prints are set to 1x, the Cura output just rockets along at VERY high speeds.

Here is a pic of the output I'm getting, printed in two different resolutions.
