Posted · Filament clogged into the whole print core

Hi, 

While printing a 10 hr print job during night the abs filament(ultimaker abs) clogged into the head.I am not near the printer so noticed only in morning.Is ultimaker need the care of a person for printing job.How can it possible for a print job more than 12 hrs.I am from a startup company from india and doing this job at our incubator at makervillage,kochi.They told me i have to replace the print core.Is it costly? I think its not my fault because i cant sit infront of the machine whole the time for looking is it clogged or working properly.Please any one guide me what i have to do
