Ok, so you're in the U.S. - meaning it probably won't help you if I give you a link to some european shop's offer ;)
Glad that you found something - be aware though that Shore 70D will be really, really hard, not just a little bit harder than Shore 95A. With 70D, you are well into the "territory" of normal thermoplastics, for example PP will, according to the sources I found online, have between 70 and 80 Shore D. With TPU, you will still get the elastomeric spring-back properties PP doesn't have, but a Shore 70D TPU won't be very flexible anymore probably.

Hi, where are you located? There are lots of TPU 98A filaments out there, and some even harder TPU 58-60D ones. Shore 100A isn't reliably measureable, since it is defined as zero indentation by the probe - a granite slab would also have "Shore 100A", even if this rating is meaningless. Shore D uses a different probe and a much higher loading. See also http://www.m-coat.com/Shore A-D conversion.pdf .
