Posted · Cura 3.6 crashes when you select File Menu Item

I have uninstalled and reinstalled several time.  I have tried deleting the Cura folder in app data for the user.

The program will load but when the user clicks file it crashes with the data below.

The user is a local administrator on the machine.  When I run it as my user it works.

 

 

The description for Event ID 1000 from source Application Error cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

　

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.
