Hi Ultimaker team,

I have submitted a store support ticket but I think with all the Ultimaker 2 hoohaa you guys have been a bit busy.

I incorrectly ordered 2x reels of ABS (one white and one black) where they should have been 2x reels of PLA (one white and one black). I would like to RMA them and swap them for the PLA versions. They are unopened as I realised my mistake before ripping open the packaging :-D.

Could someone from the shop support team please reply either here or to my ticket?
