UM3 unusable

HI All,

I am having major issues with my brand new UM3 and i can't get it to print anything usable. I am on the latest FW version and so have already had the XY calibration issue but managed to use the workaround to solve that.

I have uploaded images of the print issues which i am hoping someone can help advise on.

It appears that the filament is getting chewed by the motor, which may in turn explain the issues i see as it appears that it is under extruding. i have tried relaxing the tension on this by adjusting the screw on top of the filament extruder on the back of the machine but this hasn't made any difference.

Any help/advice would be gratefully received.

Yes it is under extrusion, so we should look into that, why it happens.

First of all, ensure, that your feeder tension marker is in the middle position.

Then please give us more information about the material you use, print speed and nozzle temperature. And if you use a "default" profile in Cura or if you have modified some settings.
