S5 Unable to Detect PVA during setup

Just unboxed a 'new' S5.

I'm stuck at the step 'Load Material 2'.   The S5 is unable to Detect the PVA and the arrow keeps circling round and round.

I even manually selected PVA just get beyond the auto detect step, but the feeder is not even feeding the PVA into Bowden tube.

Does this sound familiar?  What do i need to do?

Ron

It is possible you received a PVA spool where the NFC tag is damaged, or not programmed at all.

In the top right corner there is a 'X' mark where you can skip the Welcome procedure and then manually do the steps yourself.
