Posted · Cura se ferme au moment d'enregistrer le g.code

Bonjour, je lance un appel à l'aide au sujet du Logiciel CURA 4.0
Je suis sous W10 home 64 bits, INTEL
Imprimante Alfawise U20

 

Voici le probleme :
Installation, paramétrage ok
Je met mon stl, je le découpe, aucun soucis
Vient le moment de l'enregistrer .... Enregistrer  sous fichier, je choisi la destination, je valide
Et là cura charge 2 sec et se ferme , sans enregistrer le g-code. (Il n'y a pas de barre d'enregistrement)

Deja essayé : enregistrement sur carte  et enregistrement sous fichier

                       Version 3.4 3.5 3.6 etc etc .....toujours le meme probleme

 

Logiciel autorisé dans defender pare feu etc
J'ai essayé en mode administrateur
UPDATE est a jour, INTEL a jour
essayé aussi desinstallation complete via revo et ccleaner et reinstal


J'ai installé cura 4.0 sur un autre pc W10 et cela fonctionne (avec le meme fichier d'installation)
Je pense donc a un reglage fonctionnalités windows ou REGEDIT mais je ne trouve pas
Je peux fournir une video du problème

Quelqu'un aurait une solution ?

        New features
         
        Temperature status. During print preparation, the temperatures of the print cores and build plate will be shown on the display. This gives a better indication of the progress and remaining wait time. Save log files in paused state. It is now possible to save the printer's log files to USB if the currently active print job is paused. Previously, the Dump logs to USB option was only enabled if the printer was in idle state. Confirm print removal via Digital Factory. If the printer is connected to the Digital Factory, it is now possible to confirm the removal of a previous print job via the Digital Factory interface. This is useful in situations where the build plate is clear, but the operator forgot to select Confirm removal on the printer’s display. Visit this page for more information about this feature.
