FlashForge Creator Pro Dual Extrusion Acceleration/Jerk Issue

I'm trying to dual color print with a Flash Forge Creator Pro. It's essentially working, except despite telling Cura explicitly what I want the maximum acceleration to be, it generates this gcode right before going through the tool change process:

 

M204 S5000
M205 X30 Y30
G0 F3600 X-10.901 Y10.594

 

Which I believe is setting the maximum acceleration to be 5000, and jerk to be 30, and then make a linear move to get into the waiting position for the tool change. Unfortunately, this causes a very unpleasant sound to be made by the FFCP and also causes a layer shift since it's moving way faster than it should be. How would I tell it to not do this?

Did you try unchecking "acceleration control" and "jerk control"?

 

For the most part, one shouldn't let Cura pick the acceleration nor the jerk.

 

This is just an attempt to lower ringing on visible surfaces but keep acceleration high on infill.  But it's not worth it in my opinion.
